Do all guests have to sign a waiver?
For Bounce City insurance purposes, any guest who enters our arenas must have a completed waiver. Parents/Guardians with children under 18 years of age must complete and sign the waiver. We do allow families with more than one child aged 17 years or younger to be included on one waiver. Fill out a waiver online for expedited play time!
Are socks required?
Yes, our guests must wear socks to play on the inflatables.
How safe are your inflatables?
Our inflatables are designed to account for heavy, indoor use. At Bounce City, every inflatable is anchored to the floor, wall, and/or ceiling to provide extra strength and stability. We pride ourselves on safety. To help prevent injuries, each guest is required to watch a safety video before entering the inflatable arena(s).
What are your age restrictions?
Children under 2 years of age are NOT permitted in or on the equipment for any reason (even if accompanied by an adult). This is for all guests safety.
Will your staff supervise the play areas?
Our trained and friendly staff members provide supervision in the inflatable play areas.
Are gratuities allowed?
Gratuities for our staff members are acceptable and appreciated.
How do I schedule Bounce City party?
It’s easy! Just give us a call and we’d be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date or book your party online.
What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
You and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and to view our safety video.
Will there be a Bounce City staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes, we will provide a staff member to assist you in the party room.
What assistance do you provide in the party room?
Lots! First, we thoroughly prepare the room so that it’s all clean, tidy, and organized for your group. Then, we setup the party room with any items you might have brought such as your cake and ice cream. We will take care of any items your guests might bring, like birthday presents for the guest of honor! During your time in the party room, we will be there to provide more supplies or drinks, take care of spills, and check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything else.
Do I need to stay at the party?
Yes, the party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Is a deposit required?
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date). If you cancel or reschedule your party within 14 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party date, you are responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember, your deposit is non-refundable.
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the arenas and, possibly, the party room. If your guests arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guest to your party.
What are your standard weekend party start times?
On weekends, parties start at the following times: 9:15am, 9:50am, 10:25am, 11:00am…etc
What food items can be brought into the facility?
You may bring cake, cupcakes, ice cream, chips or candy to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted. We have plenty of food to purchase, including pizza.
What kind of drinks can I bring?
We do not allow outside beverages. We offer water, juice and soda for purchase.
When should I order food for our party? Goodie bags? Balloons? And other party options?
We’ll call you on the Wednesday before your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven’t already.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing Bounce City goodie bags you are permitted to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to bring in the following decorations – themed plates/napkins, table clothes (there are 4 kids tables and 1 cake table), a single banner (4’x8′ max), 2 cardboard based centerpieces, balloons purchased through us or brought in, pull string piñatas. Note: no confetti, lights or glassware are allowed in the building.
How many slices are in a pizza?
There are 12 slices in an X-Large pizza. 1 pie will feed approximately 6 adults.
Can I order whole pizzas for the kids?
No. You have to pay the $4.00/child price for their pizza. That will include 2 slices and a drink for each child. Then, after you order for the kids, you are able to purchase additional pizzas for the adults.
Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?
We’re sorry, but guests may not re-enter the inflatable arena(s).
Is my party private or will my guests share the inflatables and party rooms with guests from other parties?
For the safety and security of your guests, your party is completely private 100% of the time. There will not be any other people from any other parties in the arenas or party rooms while you are there. This allows our staff to focus solely on your group and to make the occasion special for your child.
What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza, balloons or goodie bag order?
We allow our customers to change their packages up to the Wednesday before their Party. Unfortunately, pizza orders are placed the night before and cannot be changed on the day of your party.
How many guests can I invite?
Please refer to the Birthday Party section of the website for the designated guest count. Additional guests are welcome! There is a charge per additional child over the number included in your party package. If you are inviting more than thirty guests, please let us know at least 10 days prior to your party. We count children 2 through 18.
Is there an additional charge for parents and/or care-givers?
No, Bounce City does not charge parents or care-givers. However, siblings are counted as part of the guest count.
